The client had a clear idea of what they wanted. The original drawing I received was of a globe, with Zambia. They wanted Zambia in color to match its flag; red, black and orange with two hands reaching over the globe joining hands. I presented them with 2 ideas; one that worked from their idea, and then an idea I had of my own. This ended up being the winning concept.

Best Bets was a concept sketch for a future article series that was going to be futured in a weekly newspaper. The paper was later sold and project was shelved.
